Managed Ad, Syndication, and External Partnership programs core to the organizational strategy, driving new market expansion, net new revenue growth, and realized ARR growth of over $50M+ USD.
Led the training and adoption of a program management process overhaul for an engineering org of 200+, with continued process improvements, user engagement, and UX and user flow improvements, leading to improved upward reporting, analytics, operational planning, capacity management, and roadmapping efficiency.
Led a machine learning-focused, Horizon 2 initiative for Enhanced Audience Targeting in syndicated enterprise advertising, through experimentation, ML model prototyping, piloting, and productionization, thereby improving core business KPIs and capturing untapped revenues of $1M+.
Overhauled and automated capitalizable expenditures process to support Engineering and FP&A needs by improving data accuracy and reducing recurring effort.
